Alpha Clad provide an extensive range of fixings and sealants suitable for built-up cladding, composite panels and over roof applications. Carbon steel and stainless-steel fasteners are available in a large suite of BS and RAL colours to match your sheeting and for HSE requirements when fitting rooflights.

Profiled Filler Strips / Blocks
Designed for sealing the voids created at sheet and flashing junctions.
Alpha Clad can supply these to suit any metal cladding profile. Manufactured in black or white and from either polyethylene (PE) or closed cell duo polymer (Supaseal), profiled filler strips are used to close off the cavities created at junctions between sheet and flashings, e.g. ridge, eaves, Wall head/base etc. They can be supplied separately to suit the narrow rib (Small flute) or broad rib (Large flute), or as pairs which contain both options.
More complicated variants are also available that can be notched, vented or raked to fit on gable ends or hipped roofs.
PEL fillers are the more typical choice, but the Supaseal variants are the choice of specifiers looking for guaranteed longevity.
