DISCONTINUED CLADDING SHEETS
Need to replace damaged sheets and the profile is no longer manufactured?
Many of the original metal cladding profile manufacturers such as Precision Metal Forming (PMF), Ward Building Products and British Steel Corporation are no longer in existence, and this can make the repair/patching of existing roof and wall cladding difficult.
However, Alpha Clad maintain a library of over 2500 roofing and cladding profiles and as a result, we are confident we can identify what you have on your existing building and using a high-tech folding machine produce a replica version that allows easy integration.
Typical achievable lengths using this process are up to 3m but subject to complexity this can be increased to 6m and in some cases up to an impressive maximum length of 8.6m, meaning some requirements can be produced in one continuous length.

Need Help Identifying a Profile you Need to Replace?
Provide us with a rough dimensioned sketch of the sheet you have on site and even allowing for slight discrepancies, we should be able to correctly identify the profile. Due to our in-depth knowledge, we may be able to source an identical roll-formed product still being manufactured (tools may have been sold on or section copied).
However, if this is not feasible, we can discuss an achievable replica version using folding techniques. Due to the difference in manufacturing processes sometimes stiffening beads and swages are not possible but in a lot of instances this is not detrimental to the application.
We will then offer you a competitive quotation and estimated lead time.
