Alpha Clad’s profiled metal lining panel portfolio has been specifically developed to offer cover width compatibility with our external sheet range and allow modular integration with translucent rooflights.
Experience within the industry shows that 0.40mm thick steel is suitable for wall lining. However, for roof lining It is recommended to use a 0.70mm steel gauge due to the enhanced non-fragility it offers, and in some instances allowing the added benefit of safety netting removal prior to installation of the external sheet
Examples within our range are manufacturer specific 0.40mm 19-1000 and 0.70mm 32-1000 liners including Tata LP1000 and RL32. All options provide side lap details that can be easily sealed from above to form a vapour check and are finished on the underside in Bright White Lining Enamel to give a clean light reflective internal surface.
