AC 13.5-3 (3 inch corrugated)
The ‘original’ profiled steel section. This product is still a regular choice for use within the agricultural sector,
traditionally used for ‘Dutch barns’, stable roofs, renovation projects and curved ‘pig arches’. As well as
performing these functions admirably over the years, the profile is now also becoming increasingly popular with
Architects where it’s sinusoidal form offers an aesthetically pleasing hi-tech appearance when utilsed as horizontal
wall cladding. This profile is also available as 14-3 with two over lap tails.

AC 32-1000 R
This is our most popular trapezoidal roofing profile. The section shape offers an economic and convenient metre
wide module, making it compatible with many of our lining panel options. Subject to typical design loadings this
profile is perfectly adapted to span the 1800mm support centres commonly specified on steel framed buildings.
Options are available with stiffenning ribs/swages in the broad pans.

AC 34-1000 R
This section has been designed with a narrower pitch between slightly deeper 34mm corrugations, offering the
advantage of increased load bearing capacity. Therefore, whilst still fixed at similar support centres to AC 32-1000
R, it is predominantly specified on areas where the anticipated design loadings are slightly higher than normal.

AC 38-914 R
Still regularly specified using it’s original ‘WA6’ reference, this profile was one of the first to be developed for use
on industrial roofs within the UK. Offering a tight 152.4mm pitch this profile is structurally superior to the metre
wide sections we commonly use today, making it ideal for projects where high snow drift and/or wind uplift loads
would make the other sections impractical. As with all of our trapezoidal roof profiles this section has a
compatible lining panel and matching rooflight.
